Those at risk wear a tamper proof transmitter that emits a silent radio signal. Tour de Park is a paved path starting at the Hagerstown Ice Rink with small hills and curves throughout the Hagerstown Fairground Park. Age 1-15 with 2K, 4K & 10K options. Registration is $20 by Sept 13, 2008. $25 day of event. Free tikes on trikes Mini-K at 10:30 am! Top fund raisers will be rewarded in each age group. (age 1-5, 6-10 11-15).
